Deleting Existing Shortcuts, Creating New Shortcuts, Renaming Files and Other Tidbits

So you log on to your computer and everything looks different than it did before. You double click on your Lower School folder and you get some confusing message that basically says it doesn't work, doesn't exist, or something you are not quite sure what. You double click on your Teachers '04-'05 folder and it doesn't work either. To delete these shortcuts (they do not have anything in them) all you have to do is left click on one so that it is selected and then right click on the one you selected and let go on delete.

Repeat the same process for the other shortcut.

Text Box: Now you can rename your folder if you want which means to give it a different name. You may want to shorten the name.
Text Box: This is the link to main storage on stchristopher. This is where ls faculty is found. The LS Faculty folder replaces your lower school folder. It has the same old regular stuff you are used to like class lists, schedules, curriculum, report cards, etc.
Text Box: This is your personal faculty folder on stchristopher where all of your stuff has been/will be stored.
You should have received a school e-mail from Jim Mayra informing you of the changes that have been made to the network and server over the summer. You now have a x: drive that when you log on should look something like this
